  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 7–12 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders (or mention your minimum order value if applicable).
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

The Nested is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Currently, The Nested ships only within India.
